About shehive:

shehive is a grassroots project creating safe spaces to deconstruct gender inequity. Elle Roberts founded the project in March 2014 after launching the first women317 show with partner Reese Maryam to celebrate Women's History Month. Since then, over sixty artists graced the women317 stage with spoken word, song, dance, visual art and stories; and dozens of women engage in buzzwords workshops and monthly meetups.
