Neighborhood Food Champions Grant Application

For completion of the NFC program and to receive the $2000 project award, you must complete the NFC grant application and the Food Solutions presentation.

Grant Requirements:

• Fully complete each section.

• Following the application deadline, all submissions will undergo a review process conducted by community members, fostering a sense of collaboration and support within the neighborhood.

Complete the online form via the CWUW website

• Link will be emailed on October 20, 2025

• Submit all required documents by the deadline

• No extensions available after October 31, 2025
