    • resources and support for your personal health goals?

    Introducing: Family and Youth Programs

CWUW has programs that support the 7 Dimensions of Wellness for youth to prepare them for living healthy lives. As we talk with their parents, we also want to make sure their children are getting these important messages.

7 Dimensions of Wellness, 7 Dimensions of You:

    7 Week Program

To assist the participant in defining and identifying ways to maintain a healthy, well-balanced life by utilizing the 7 Dimensions of Wellness (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, and environmental wellness),the participants will examine their own perceived wellness vs actual wellness through a series of activities that will help them to build their knowledge, skills, and attitudes about wellness leading to healthier decision making and lifestyle changes.
