Music and Poetry Spot

CWUW believes that Music and Poetry are a powerful tool in healing. Music comforts the soul and can reduce stress, depression, and anxiety.
Music has also been known to reduce blood pressure.

Writing your own poetry or journaling are ways to release inner struggles and to start the process of healing.

We will post music and poetry from various artists and CWUW participants who would like to share their voices.
Enjoy and Live Life Well!
